He's a BOY!!!

I'm lying on the couch right now as my stomach decides what it wants to do today. Woke up feeling off and after eating 2 bites of cereal, proceded to go puke about 10x in a row....ugh. Hoping it's preg related, but gosh, just feeling like crud. Wondering if this is gonna be the pregnancy where I'm sick ALL.the.time. Pretty much seems to be the trend so far.

Yesterday at 1 was my ultrasound at the doc. Lucy, the ultrasound tech did my ultra. She asked if we wanted to know, to which we said of course! Then asked if we were wanting a girl since we had all these boys. I said sure, but Daddy wants a boy. I'd no sooner laid on the table and she put the wand on my tumm that she proclaimed, "Well,  looks like Daddy's gonna be happy bc it's another BOY!".... Wha??? hhaaa. Never expected the news so fast! I was just dumbfounded and laughed. All I could think was WOW....wow. Wow. hhaa. wow. I was in a complete daze. They had a big screen tv on the wall and it had split screen, so they did a reg ultra and 3D on the other side. He looked SO big in there--wow. W/ both boys I'd had an ultra at my 1st apt, so he just looked so big to me since not ever seeing him. He was so cute in there, just chilling and every once in awhile he'd kick. He had his hands by his ears so his little elbows were sticking out in front of his face. So funny. His forehead still looked a little alien-ish, but his little nose reminded me a lot of Miles' nose. Still so tiny and skinny though. I kinda got emotional just looking at him. For the 1st time it really felt REAL and it was so comforting to see him in there looking so good and healthy:) So, yeah......a BOY! I am still in shock. I really wasn't bummed out at all. I think I just was in shock maybe. I have never had a "feeling" either way as to what I thought I was having, and after my convo w/ God a coupla months back, I knew He would make no mistake in what He gave me. So apparently I'm s'posed to be a "boy Mom"....lol. Good thing I love boys so much!

3D!!! We'd never had 3D pics w/ the boys so it was really neat! Looks like he's shading his eyes from the light here:)

Here's some pics from yesterday. Lucy printed out 10 pics for me, some reg and some 3D. She told me she also has FOUR boys...3 of her own, then she adopted another! And the girl that works the front desk there has 3 boys as well. She told me that prom is CHEAP for her!! hhaaa. I loved that. I'm pretty sure I even gave her a high five.

 ~Almost forgot to mention the boys' reactions after finding out about having a brother...Evan "Oh a brother!!! Just what I always  wanted!!!" *not buying it*, but it really touched my heart. He wanted a girl but we had a talk about how God would give us exactly what He thought we should have and his reaction after that was always "Whatever it is, I'll love it." That kid has such a sweet heart. Truly.

Miles, on the other hand, has been very adamant about ONLY wanting a GIRL. So as we left the ultra room and were walking up to the window to check out, he sighs and says loudly, "Mannn! I wanted a GIRL!", to which all the ladies in the office died laughing. It was so funny. Then he says something like "can't believe it...ANOTHER brother" and rolls his eyes. This kid is something else. I really did feel a little bad for letting him down and told him Sorry buddy for lettin' ya down. lol. About an hour later, he kept touching my tumm saying BOY! BOY! BOY! over and over. hhaa. Today he was really psyched about it. hhaa. They are gonna be something else. Him and Evan are already so funny together. Always laughing and playing and telling each other the funniest stuff. They can be enemies some days, but overall, inseperable.

Got mostly good reactions from the news. A couple kinda bummed me out, but whatever. We're really excited and thankful for this child. I can't wait to meet him and see what he looks like:)

Not sure again why I bought so many balloons. What can I say, I was hopped up on Starbucks.

Yes, ma'am! It's true!
