More cabin trip pics:)

Took a pic as we were leaving. Drive way looks much better w/ all the raking we did. So hard to leave. Getting
harder every time. One day, maybe we'll just stay;)

Caught a great pic of the view w/ the mountains looking really blue:)

Firepit area after R added some mulch. you can see the sap on the benches. The sap
started running down when we had the flaming inferno going to burn all the fallen trees.

Where we do most of our livin' when we're at the cabin. The boys put about 200 miles on their bikes and Tonka
trucks this trip. And M also learned how to pedal a bike!! Guess we might hafta look into a new bigger bike for E
for his b'day so M can have his!

Newly restacked woodpile out front of the cabin. We did a ton of raking here
too, or as we kept calling Mom the "woodland fairy w/ her forest broom", bc she
was always raking. This right here was a huge job. Saw tons of earthworms
and beetles and even sweat bees nesting in the rotten out wood.

Another pic of the woodpiles. The pile on the right is the wood we
buy for the renters to burn. Burns alot easier than the hardwoods in the
old stack. and is much smaller. You can also see where we parked the boat in the background...we also
raked out that whole area so there's more of a parking area or turn around area for renters. Worked out really nicely.

R using roundup on the weeds in the drive way before
we left. He usually does that and sprays the entire cabin
for bugs before we leave each time. Saves $ doing it
himself!!

Evan and Miles lining up rocks on the firepit bench while
Daddy finishes sprucing up the cabin the last day we were
there. Kept them busy for a LONG time. Then they counted
them and then threw them, one by one, into the woods.

This just cracks me up. They really do love each other more and more lately. I hope they always do<3
