So, woke up feeling a tad better today. just more of the man-talking and hacking. ugh. so ready for this all to be gone from this house. 4 days in a row at my house and i feel like i've lost all touch w/ reality. hhaa. maybe we'll venture out later to the library or something. Surely they have my "Unbroken" book in by now. 9th on the list and 7 books?! what in the world. i just finished Water for Elephants and loved it but time to move on to the next.
The boys have sure been at it today. Just bugging the fool out of each other again, pushing, fighting over stuff etc. Took them outside to RUN and get some madness out and it was so flipping hot i finally cleaned out their baby pool and filled it up. They loved the slide being in there, jumping like crazy banshees--so funny. But then the fighting ensued again. Liz and Lesa stopped by. Liz was here to go on her 2 week trip to Maine to see Michelle's wedding and brought the boys' medicine chest thingy by that i'd forgotten at her house. So good to see them. Had a nice chat sitting under the big umbrella and drinking ice water. love the new patio!!!
Time for lunch. Kids are watching crack tv, ie: Yo Gabba Gabba on Noggin. they are glued. hopefully Miles will crash out. I might even get crazy and try to put E down for nap too. ugh. i just need a break. was up too late w/ my wheels a'spinnin', so am a little ragged out today. Need to finish the laundry and do the cleaning in the kitchen and master bath. did the pick up, now for the real cleaning. need to start thinking about what i can do for Randall for our 8th anniversary next week too. I thought about writing him something. all our good memories or something. he loves those gifts the best anyways;) well, later.
