"Dream" house

So, the dream house I mentioned on our last cabin trip is STILL on the market. Not only is it still on the market, but it has dropped another 20 grand and is on the market for $59k!! It is so hard not to dream about that house and all the ways we could spruce it up. Plus, it'd be right around the corner from Mom and Dad when they move into the cabin in a few years!! We stopped on the way out of town today and took pics from the outside. Just fun to look and dream.

Front/side-ish view of the house. Huge front porch and lower level on the right. Great climbing trees in the front yard:)

Side view, showing basement w/ it's own entrance and double decks off the back. Course those would need to
be completely redone and made larger. The trees in the back can be significantly trimmed to reveal an amazing
mountain view. The neighbors have theirs cut out and it's gorgeous!! Basement has living area/dining/kitchen/seperate
bedroom!

Front of house from the road. I'd want to re-roof, repaint and prob'ly put on new shutters. Just a few things. Great bones though!!

Little pole barn with dirt floor on the property. Perfect for storing
4-wheelers and chainsaws and other manly stuff.

Nice glare here;) Had to resort to taking pics thru the windows! Main floor
bedroom with attached bath. House has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The floors
are in great shape, so mainly just cosmetic changes would hafta be done.
Painting, new light fixtures, and pretty much all baths need to be updated.
